Wandering around the back streets of Oia scouting photography locations in early morning, I descended further into the residential quarter of Oia (as far as I could go before the Guest Only signs) and found two churches side by side. Both teetering on the edge of the caldera, seemingly floating in space over the Agean below. One hell of a humbling view to take in with Sunday Mass.
